Summary: A perfect way to start with a fresh, clean slate and determine food inflammation specific to bio-individuality. You do this all while cleansing via a whole foods diet. This 21-day program shows you how to incorporate nutrient dense foods into your diet and determine the most energizing, optimal foods. We also identify foods that cause trigger problems/inflammation and come up with alternatives. The 21-Day Cleanse helps implement long-lasting habit changes turning into daily routines. All of this with the added benefits of shedding a few pounds.
Program Outline
- Pre-Cleanse (1 Week): Begin prep of shopping, getting in the right mindset and menu planning.
- Supplied: Complete Guide, Recipe Book & Grocery list to keep on hand for the cleanse.
- Complete list of YES foods to be eating and a No list of what to leave out of your diet.
- Meal Planner Doc: For menu planning over the next 2 weeks.
- Clean Eating (1 Week)
- Individual (through me as your Health Coach) and group support via our Facebook Cleanse Group (optional).
- Instill a daily wake up and bed-time routine along with a suggested schedule.
- A natural 12-hour intermittent fasting period.
- Apply self-care techniques daily.
- Cleanse Re-introduction (minimum of 1 week): Purpose – Determine foods that are triggering inflammation.
* After the 7-day clean eating phase, slowly integrate foods back into diet determining inflammation triggers. One item added for a 2 day period.
* Re-introduction lasts one week. (optional: continue process of adding new foods and monitor response)
