This 28-day program demonstrates how to incorporate nutrient dense foods into your diet & determine the most energizing, optimal foods. We also unveil foods that cause trigger problems/inflammation and develop alternatives. This 28 Day Reset helps implement long-lasting habit changes turning into daily routines. All of this with the added benefits of shedding a few pounds.

- Instill a daily wake up and bed-time routine along with a suggested schedule.
- A natural 12-hour intermittent fasting period.
- Apply self-care techniques daily.
- Experience all of the above without feeling deprived or overwhelmed.
- Week 1 – Pre-Reset: Begin prep of shopping, getting in the right mindset and menu planning. Slowly phase out inflammatory foods.
- Weeks 2 & 3 – Clean Eating: Focus on nutrient dense, whole food, clean eating. 3 meals daily with snacks.
- Week 4 – Re-introduction (minimum of 1 week): Purpose – Determine foods that are triggering inflammation.
- After the 14-day clean eating phase, slowly integrate foods back into diet determining inflammation triggers. One item added for a 2 day period.
