It’s officially back to school season! Just like that, Summer break is over. So many changes in our household – one off to college and our youngest is starting her senior year in high school. Exciting, yet emotional. With all of the busyness you must be experiencing at this time of year, it helps to have some fast and healthy go-to meals.
This is a great way to get some mini-meal prep for those fast and furious mornings of getting everyone out the door and you to work! No kids at home? This is still an excellent way to food prep and stay committed to the Anti-Inflammatory Way! There are two base recipes to work from – Overnight Oats and Chia Pudding. You can customize them and make them however your family will enjoy them.
