I always love to level up an original recipe! My Fast Baked Chicken has been a huge hit. Why, you ask? It’s so fast and can stretch into so many other meals. From quesadillas, to chicken pasta, to chicken salad or sliced over a leafy green salad – it just keeps giving with all it’s potential. Plus the chicken comes out super tasty, juicy & tender, and you can tweak the dry ingredients and flavor to your preference!

I was going to do the chicken differently but decided that why recreate the wheel. So I decided to still make the Fast Baked Chicken and incorporate a different sauce. And I am loving the anti-inflammatory benefits, keeping out the dairy and the gluten!

Feels like a super indulgent meal but it’s just super healthy! Have fun making this insanely fast and delicious twist on my Fast Baked Chicken. 🙂
