Veggie Scramble

One of the best meal concepts out there is a veggie scramble. Not only is it super nutrient dense but it also provides satiety for hours on end. And I can’t forget to mention how fast this meal comes together. A total winner, last minute healthy choice of a meal. The beauty of it is, you can have this for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

  • Great source of protein from the eggs. Looking at 6-7 grams of protein in a large egg.
  • Great source of fiber from the veggies.
  • Add some good quality fat (sliced avocado, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil) for a well-rounded meal that will keep you full for hours.
