One of the best parts of the Fall season is all the fun foods and beverages to be had. I know so many people that wait for the fun creamer varieties to become available in their stores again. In my opinion, there is no need to wait since you can make your own, whenever the craving presents itself. As long as you have some of the essentials on hand, you can easily craft a lovely fall bevvie! Today’s recipe is all about Fall apples and my most favorite variety- Honey Crisp!

If you bring up Fall inspired flavors, I will likely tell you that “I have a smoothie for that”. From my Pumpkin Cheesecake smoothie, Apple & Pumpkin Pie Spice Smoothie to my latest Apple Walnut Smoothie. There is something for everyone. Smoothies tend to be that indulgent hack that my clients and I will lean into when looking for a sweet treat. Yet, they are packed with amazing nutrition, fiber, protein and usually some wonderful superfood ingredients to top it off.
