Go-To 5 Minute Salad Dressings
Summer is considered salad season. And many of you get stuck in a rut with eating the same salad and/or dressing over and over. It happens to me too! Here are some great go-to salad dressings that are packed with flavor without all the extra junk ingredients. No need for emulsifiers, inflammatory sugars or unknown “natural flavors”. You know what you are getting with each of these recipes.
You can use them for more than just salads too! Going to a summer cookout and want to have some veggies to snack on? Make the Vegan Ranch dressing as a veggie dunker. You can certainly double, triple, or even quadruple the recipe.
What about a spinach salad topped with grilled chicken or shrimp, strawberries, slivered almonds and maybe even some crunchy bacon? Drizzle on the honey mustard dressing and it’s a decadent protein and fiber packed meal. Or try the honey poppyseed dressing! Either way – YUM!!!
I also love to use the ranch as a dunker for my zucchini fries!
Best part about these dressings is that they only take 5 minutes to make. Who doesn’t have time for that?
