Not Chick-fil-A BUT Chick-3-Ways
Chicken, chicken & chicken….. Sometimes we need options! And chicken seems to be one of those go to meals. Yet we tend to get in a chicken rut – making the same kind all the time. Here are 3 completely different ways to prepare chicken that the entire family will enjoy. Oh and if you want my copycat chick-fil-a sandwich recipe, hit me up with a reply back.
- The “No-Brainer” Chicken – Crockpot Chicken Salsa. This may be one of the easiest chicken meals you ever prepare. All you need is a pack of chicken breasts, jar of clean salsa and some staple seasonings that are likely hanging out in your seasoning lazy susan. – Make tacos with this chicken or burritos or make a chicken taco salad.
- “Intimidating Yet Deceiving” – The Oven Roasted Whole Chicken. This one seems a bit intimidating but once you see how easy it is, you will feel deceived about missing out on this for all these years. – Use the chicken for meals all week long. Think quesadillas, chicken & veggie bowls, chicken pasta, over a salad or chicken salad are just some ideas to get your menu options rolling.
- “The Kids Will Beg For These” – Air Fryer Chicken Tenders (and not from your grocer’s freezer section). We all know that kids tend to love chicken tenders – one of the most common items on a restaurant kids menu. They just don’t need to be loaded with terrible ingredients. My version is packed with healthy proteins and fats and taste delicious! – Double up a batch and freeze for another time.
