I remember those younger years and eating out. We would commonly get a plate of hot chicken wings as an appetizer. Do you love getting hot wings when out to dinner? While they are super tasty, they are also filled with unnecessary calories, fat and additives. The saturated fat and high sodium content are the most alarming – 41 grams of saturated fat and 3700 mg of sodium in a plate of the Outback’s wings. Yikes!

I always love recreating an old restaurant favorite and giving it my healthy spin. The best part with these wings, you are NOT sacrificing flavor one bit! And they are insanely easy to make in the air fryer.

I encourage you to cut up your favorite veggies and serve them alongside this steamy dish. Any way to get more veggies and fiber into your diet is a major win in my book! If you are looking for a healthier dipping sauce, check out my Vegan Ranch Vegan Ranch Dressing – Christi Health Coach (which is dairy free).

The great thing with these wings, there are so many flavor possibilities! Do your research on gluten and dairy free sauces and have fun experimenting!
