We are now mid-October and finally starting to feel that cool Autumn air. As much as I love Summer, must confess, this change feels really good! We are now in the height of those amazing fall food flavors.

Pumpkin is a very nutrient dense food and love that you can also benefit from eating pumpkin seeds. One of the most nutrient dense seeds out there. I may have listed these benefits in my recent pumpkin cheesecake smoothie email. Sometimes we need to see things many times over in order to make the change.
