Triple Seed Protein Balls

We have officially launched the Feel Good Fall Detox and it’s going very well. We have an incredible group of women, all super supportive of each other. So lovely to witness the comraderie. It’s the mentality of, “we are in this together”.

Here is a simple, fun, tasty and sweet satisfying recipe. Having the right go to snack, especially when sugar cravings hit, is one of the keys to sticking with the anti-inflammatory way. These protein balls are packed with protein, fiber, and good quality fats. And they are great for most people with food allergies. I used unsweetened sunbutter (sunflower seed butter – think of a faux peanut butter).

This recipe is worthy for all to have and give a try. Keep them stored in your freezer. One does the job but 2 would be considered a serving size. Don’t want to roll them? Press them into a 9 X 9 pan and cut them into squares. Do what makes life easier for you and sticking with the anti-inflammatory way!
