I am always amazed when I realize that a staple recipe of mine has not hit my website! This one has been a fast go to for years because it’s super fast, incorporates pantry items and frozen shrimp. I always try to have one bag in the freezer. It’s a great option when you are out of options. LOL 🤗 When all the fresh meat and produce are cleared out of the house, this is an awesome “go-to”.

I love how fast this one comes together and it’s not 800 ingredients. This recipe goes heavy on the garlic but that’s what makes it burst with flavor! You can always modify and reduce the amount, if garlic isn’t your thing. For me and my family – the more, the better!

Zucchini noodles are always a great way to add more nutrient dense ingredients. Fresh basil is also a lovely flavor enhancer to this dish! Or you can toss in some baby spinach or baby bok choy. YUMMY!!! This is a great recipe for a last minute pull together meal. Now get cooking! 🙂
