OOPS! My pear is naked – started peeling it before the photo was taken. But I think you get my point with this photo – simple and clean ingredients. I love making this soup and having extra on-hand. My suggestion is to double the recipe for healthy leftovers. As much as I love to cook, it’s not possible to make a fresh meal each night. This is a perfect option to serve with a veggie packed salad when you have a busy night.
