This was a total no-brainer yet adds so much to the dish. Old Bay seasoning was the star seasoning here! 

How about some lemony lentil pasta for a great high protein, high fiber side dish? This has been a great go-to gluten free pasta. Delicious & nutritious – you know that’s my jam.

Here is the finished product – all came together in under 30 minutes!

Salmon is a nutritional powerhouse! The omega 3 fatty acids are amazing for brain health, great source of protein and B vitamins, may reduce the risk for cardiovascular disease, and bonus is it tastes delicious!
