Melon Prosciutto Fig Stacker Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Package Prosciutto (nitrate, nitrite free) – Sliced & Rolled into 12 Pieces
- 1 Cup Cubed Cantaloupe Melon
- 4 Dried Figs – Sliced Thin into 12 Pieces
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 12 Basil Leaves
You’ll Also Need:
- 12 toothpicks
Instructions:
- Skewer the cantaloupe cube, prosciutto roll, fig piece, and basil onto a toothpick.
- Assemble all 12 stackers.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Optional: Fill prosciutto before rolling with ½ teaspoon of goat cheese.
