Melon Prosciutto Fig Stacker Recipe

Yield: 30 servings

Ingredients:

  •  2 oz. Package Prosciutto (nitrate, nitrite free) – Sliced & Rolled into 12 Pieces
  •  1 Cup Cubed Cantaloupe Melon
  •  4 Dried Figs – Sliced Thin into 12 Pieces
  •  1 Teaspoon Honey
  •  12 Basil Leaves

You’ll Also Need:

  • 12 toothpicks

Instructions:

  1. Skewer the cantaloupe cube, prosciutto roll, fig piece, and basil onto a toothpick.
  2. Assemble all 12 stackers.
  3. Drizzle with honey.
  4. Optional: Fill prosciutto before rolling with ½ teaspoon of goat cheese.

*Try to use all organic ingredients if possible
