This is my 3rd salmon recipe! And it’s alway fun recreating a simple way to prepare it. This comes together so quickly that anyone can squeeze this into their busy schedule! That’s what we all need – simple, clean, & healthy!!! And that’s exactly what I did here.
Salmon is a family favorite in the Davis house! One of those meals that everyone loves. Consensus on this new version – it is a definite “remake”. That is always the question when I prepare a new recipe. I get their input on whether:
- I should make it again and….
- Is it website worthy?
Family feedback was that this salmon was super tender and packed with flavor! I do love when eating clean, you really don’t need a ton of ingredients to get a flavorful meal. I tend to have 5-6 filets for the 4 of us with the intention of having some left over. I was able to pull 2 salads out of the leftovers. Warmed up the salmon in the toaster oven, prepared some leafy greens, topped with veggies and pumpkin seeds with my balsamic dressing and bam, super healthy anti-inflammatory salad for lunch!
Bonus with this recipe – it is also Cleanse/Reset Friendly – since it’s so clean. But no need to wait for the next Reset – add this super healthy meal to your next meal plan rotation. It will be a go-to for many meals to come!
